Toiletry Box Workshops

Toiletry Box Workshops go beyond our typical Toiletry Drives by creating care packages filled with personal hygiene products. During the workshop, volunteers assemble toiletry boxes and fill them with 5-10 products, information on health and wellness practices and an encouraging note for the recipient. The workshops are an opportunity for others to donate

their time in addition to hygiene products.

Many of our workshop participants are children who are the same age as the toiletry box recipients. The workshop helps teach our young participants the importance of being kind to their peers and giving back.

SUGGESTED DONATIONS

• New and unopened toiletries on our accepted items list 

• Shoe boxes or a small cardboard box

• Pen, paper or other art supplies

• $10 donation to cover the purchase of additional boxes, toiletries and the cost of shipping the boxes to recipients
